Zola Joyce Coastal Candles: Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Zola Joyce Coastal Candle™. Every creation we make is a handcrafted tribute, carefully curated with authentic St. Pete elements. Because each of our "Coastal Treasures" is made in a small batch, hand-poured, and often custom-curated, we have established the following policy.

All Sales are Final

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. To ensure you find the perfect coastal memory, we work closely with you during the design process, providing visual mock-ups of your custom marbling and shell choices before your candle is poured. For non-custom orders, we provide detailed scent profiles to help you choose the right fragrance for your sanctuary. Once you finalize your design and your candle is poured, the sale is considered final.

Exceptions: Damaged or Defective Items

Your experience and trust in Zola Joyce Coastal Candles™ are paramount to us. While the sale is final, we will gladly replace or refund any product that arrives damaged or is deemed defective.

If your candle jar is broken or your order is incomplete, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at ZolaJoyceCoastalCandles@gmail.com.

To process your claim, please provide:

1. Your order number.

2. A photo of the damaged product.

3. A photo of the shipping box (including the label) to show it was damaged in transit.

If we determine the item is defective or damaged, we will offer you a full replacement of the original candle design (including your custom choices) or a full refund, which will include the cost of shipping.
