Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or participating in our Co-Creation Lab.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing www.stpetecandles.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age.

2. Handcrafted Nature & Artisan Variation

Every Zola Joyce Coastal Candle™ is hand-poured in small batches in St. Petersburg, FL. Because we use 100% natural soy wax and authentic coastal elements:

• Unique Characteristics: You acknowledge that slight variations in color, texture (such as frosting or sinkholes), and shell placement are part of the artisan process and do not constitute a defect.

• Co-Creation Lab: Participants in our testing program acknowledge they are receiving experimental units and agree to provide feedback as part of the maker-tester relationship.

3. Payments & Final Sale Policy

• Payments: All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase through our secure payment processors.

• All Sales Are Final: As outlined in our Return and Refund Policy, all sales are final once a candle has been poured. We do not offer refunds for "change of heart" or scent preference.

• Damage Claims: We will only offer replacements or refunds for items proven to be damaged during shipping, provided we are notified within 7 days of delivery.

4. Intellectual Property

The name Zola Joyce Coastal Candles™, our "Golden Hour" branding, the tribute stories, and all original photography are the exclusive property of Ross Maverick, Artisan Owner. You may not use our trademarks or content without prior written consent.

5. Safety & Liability

• Proper Use: You agree to follow the safety guidelines on the Warning Label (bottom of the jar) and the Care Card provided.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, Zola Joyce Coastal Candles™ shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or property damage arising from the use of our candles. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved informally first, or within the courts of Pinellas County.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
